Any Active member of LCDCC may propose an amendment /platform change to be considered/processed during a Presidential Election Year during the LCCCD Convention.
New proposal request form will be available via the website or can be emailed or mailed.
For presenting or voting on proposed changes. Roberts Rules of Order Revised Edition 12 will be followed.
The Executive Committee will review all requests and instruct the Secretary of next steps ( move to meeting agenda, return for clarification, reject, etc).
